I don't understand!

Alright, so Lady Gaga's pretty much a mental case. I mean, I love that woman! But, she's very strange.

But, anyway, I'm listening to this song by her, one that is just dandy, but, I don't get it.
It's called Dirty Ice Cream.

And it goes,

What in the cunt does dirty ice cream mean? And why wouldn't you want to be one?
