So, my art teacher somehow conned me into making a life-size Waldo. Don't know how he did it, but suddenly I found myself heading to the wood room to find some wood.

That was weeks ago though, and he's almost done now, I even knit him a scarf!
I'm pretty sure I should probably put a picture on here when it's done.

Today, I didn't have anything to do in art because I've gotta take Waldo home and figure out how to make him stand. So, I resorted to finger painting. Finger painting a big sloppy mess o' colour on some paper and then the substitute art teacher comes by and tries to analyze my painting, telling me it's a lake surrounded by an autumn forest. And I'm like, "No, no. It's just paint on paper..." Why does it have to be something? I mean, it's art. That's what it is. I'M NOT A PART OF YOUR SYSTEM! I THROW IT ON THE GROUND!

I was talking to my nearly four year old nephew on the phone today and it went a little something like this:

ALSO, I just watched Sherlock Holmes and The Hounds of somethingerruther....
It's was grand to the highest level, Mr. Holmes it just so brilliant.

I'm working on this art project which involves me ripping off a tonne of Roy Lichtenstein pieces, which is lovely because Roy is a super cool artist, I think. Most of his stuff from the 60's looks like comic book panels. It's just so fun.
